- Processing vital records, which includes birth, death and marriage.
- Processing various business licenses, (i.e. liquor, special amusement for music, dancing and entertainment)
- Issuing dog licenses, hunting and fishing permits
- Issuing ATV, boat and snowmobile registrations
- Administering elections
- Staff support for City Councilors and recording minutes of City Council meetings.
- Registrar of Voters
