City Engineer


Dana H. Fowler, P.E.


Before joining the City, in 1984, he worked for two Maine engineering/architectural consulting firms as a civil engineer performing site development design.  Prior to that, he worked for a number of years in asphalt plant operations, interstate highway construction, and building construction. Dana received his Associate of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in civil engineering from the University of Maine at Orono.  He is a Licensed Professional Engineer and holds several certifications related to solid waste management.  He is a U.S. Army veteran and lives on the family farm in Woodland with his wife, Debbie. They have three children, Adam, Bryan, and Caitlin.
